VINNYTSIA REGION, UKRAINE - NOVEMBER 28, 2024 - A PCPM canine handler and his service dog get on an aerial work platform during a collapsed structure search and rescue drill carried out by Ukraines State Emergency Service, experts of the Polish Center for International Aid (PCPM) and volunteers of the rapid response centre of the Vinnytsia regional branch of the Red Cross at a training site of Ukraines State Emergency Service in Vinnytsia region, Vinnytsia region, west-central Ukraine.
